Broken window on first floor of house - glass all over the sidewalk and street.

Once again I sit on state street waiting to turn left onto olive. The traffic signals in this town are incredibly frustrating for pedestrians, cyclists, drivers alike. And none is as frustrating as this intersection. It is programmed for the short rush hour and makes state street an overwhelming priority. The signal programming and sensors encourage people to run red lights rampantly. Time to fix this signal, and rethink the program.

The timing of the traffic signals on Sargent, Brewery, and Water is terrible. Whether they are still on sensors or timers, I find myself sitting and waiting for long periods while no one is going in the other direction.

Wrecked car dumped here on Grand Ave. been here for several weeks.

Street sweeping needed here. Not sure why the city hasn't done it. Thanks.

Gang of kids on bikes going against traffic on Chapel - popping wheelies, aiming directly at cars and buses. Do something! Dangerous for all. And not motorists fault.

On edge - I hit it when I turned the corner from westbound Mitchell to northbound Orange.

People use Lenzi Park as a dumping ground - both for trash and yard waste, and as a hand off and storage place for trash bags full of clothes and other items. I hear this is a city wide problem. What can be done?

A Bike Lane! Please please please, this is the perfect time to install a bike lane on Grand Ave.- the crosswalks aren't even painted. This is an important cycling thoroughfare for Mill River, Fair Haven, and the Heights, and cyclists need a dedicated - and enforced (no parking) place to ride. Thank you.

There is an overwhelming smell of sewage all across this intersection. It is nauseating.

Illegal dumping - who cleans and maintains these bus shelters. They wreak of human urine and feces. Policing issue? Maintenance? City govt? State govt? Raising bus fares?
