  • 1259 Forest Road New Haven, Connecticut - Westville
A lampost at this apartment complex at the Forest Rd entrance was knocked down and broken in an accident earlier this week. No one has cleaned up the damaged lamppost and glass has now been smashed further, littering the sidewalk. The broken glass is a danger to pedestrians and pets but is also a temptation to those who wish to do further damage. Please clean it up and remove.

  • 183 Willard Street New Haven, Connecticut - Westville
Noticed that the tree at the corner of Willard and McKinley has been removed after having all limbs cut off. Happy to see that but wondering what the timetable is for removing the trunks of trees at this end of Willard. Limbs were removed from two more than a year ago and the "naked" trunks remain. As well, trunk of tree broken in half during Superstorm Sandy remains after almost 3 years. Please remove these eyesores.

182-186 Willard Street New Haven, Connecticut - Westville
There has been quite a bit of tree trimming by UI in the area but no activity from City of New Haven. There are now 3 half trees between Forest and Barnett of Willard Street that should be removed. Two have had all limbs removed by the City with trunks remaining and one is the lower half of tree left when the top was downed during Sandy. All have been waiting final removal for at least a year, one since October 29, 2012. Please finish removing these trees.
  • 19-26 Barnett Street New Haven, Connecticut - Westville

Not a resident of Barnett but walk the length every day. Noticed trees posted for trimming on Alston and at the corner of West Elm and Barnett yet the worst trees in the neighborhood on Barnett have not been designated for trimming. It seems this stretch of road between Willard and West Elm is often forgotten.
