It's still there this morning. I've seen another car parked there occasionally as well. It's really unacceptable, especially at night when the parked car just suddenly looms into your lane. Someone needs to talk to the people in that house about them or their guests parking there.

I don't believe the car belongs to the people who live there. It's equally annoying to them because they can't pull out of the driveway safely. Still there without a ticket.

Putting it up here won't do anything- you need to do what g said and call the PD. The DM for your area is extremely responsive to quality of life issues if there's no major emergencies in progress. But shes not psychic.

I emailed the car owner (he lives across the street) and he says he's been on vacation in Maine and that "apparently our daughter left it in the wrong place before she left to join us. She will be back tonight and move it. I have poor internet access here." So it should be gone by tonight some time, hopefully!

Thank you for your help Chris. The car has been moved. Assumed checking "Notify NH Police Department" on the distribution list for this issue would be enough to solve the problem.
