Are there regulations regarding parking commercial vehicles in residential areas in New Haven? Routinely there are several commercial vehicles parked overnight on Barnett St between Willard and West Elm. In 6 months, none of them appears to have been ticketed. Residential parking in this area is very limited.

The street light between 187 and 191 Willard Street cycles on and off every 3-4 minutes all night.

Large piles of snow still not removed, particularly on odd-side designated parking areas. Impossible for residents to park.

The city announced it would pick up leaves/storm debris on regular trash days, beginning Nov 5th. People worked hard to bag leaves and have them ready for pick up. Two trash cycles aand one Nor-Easter later and the leaves have not been picked up. Bags are deteriorating and homeowners are having to repeat efforts. When will pick up occur?

After emailing the town regarding an infested tree in front of 136 Leonard, an inspector came out an marked the tree for removal. That was 6 months ago. The removal tag has now disappeared but the tree remains. It remains a hazard and should be taken care of before the winter months.

Dead branches continue to fall from city trees between 190-200 in wind and rain. Branch overlying driveway and entangled with wires. Tree needs to be trimmed before someone is injured or there is property damage.
