Opis
At Monkman Park the south entrance has signage and bags as in the photo.
The East and West entrances have none.
We witness dogs being walked with no lease and allowed to defecate where they want and then the owners don't pick it up.
The park is well used by families and children.

Hi
This is a very nice but the job is incomplete.
It is not the same as the other signs and has less impact.
This is a park where the dogs are to be on a leash and there isn't a sign stating such as the other entrance signs have.
I can send a picture if you would like.
