Beschreibung
The closed-for-repairs Chapel Street bridge over the Mill River was supposed to open today, according to a sign posted at the barricade. However, the bridge remains closed and the work on-going. In March the work was supposed to be done within a week or so. Any idea when the bridge will reopen?
