Summer is here and so are the unwanted vagrants. It's starting earlier than in the evening and continuing through the night. There are used condoms all over the ground, dope bags, etc. now there appears to be a scooter that will deliver to your car. Creative, but unwanted. Police are in the area patrolling but need to come down the street and get these people out of there at all hours.
