Good luck to you trying to get Liveable Cities dept to help you. You should say there is radioactive material there or dead bodies and MAYBE they MIGHT look into it.....

Not to mention that the vendor trucks who park all along the way are encouraging people to trample the roots of trees underfoot and make a general mess. Everyone was so concerned about the trees on the Green. What about the trees along Woodward?
