It was the Food Mart’s address that was reported in this complaint.
I spoke to the people at the Food Mart after this misguided complaint was filed. After talking to them I called 311 and explained the situation. The 311 operator created the ticket and targeted VO RICHMOND PLAZA LLC at 9530 RICHMOND. A citation was issued on May 21, 2019. The problem was resolved because the cause was addressed.
What does the after-hours club have to do with the owner failing to have the trash collected?
What does the Food Mart have to do with an after-hours club?
All you had to do is talk to the people at the Food Mart as I did. It was mean spirited to attack the Food Mart.
