This is within 150 feet of a Elementary School and has a rolled curb so people coming to pickup their students drive over this corner.on many occasions. This crumbled sidewalk does not have a yellow cutout to be in compliance with ADA rules especially being this close to a school. Don't schools have any priority under ADA guidelines?
