At 101 Grand we share a driveway for about 20 feet with Grand Apizza. Usually that is not the problematic side. On the side of the driveway of 101-103 Grand, Crawford House, people will often simply stop 10 feet into teh driveway and leave their cars for upwards of 10-15 minutes to go into the front businesses of 101 Grand. This is dangerous to anyone trying to enter the driveway - because they can not enter adequately to be safe from oncoming or possibly another car trying to enter the same driveway which then becomes hugely danger in the Grand Ave., traffic. I have seen this happen twice and seen more than 3-4 instances of people parking only partially into teh driveway.
