R. Garbage Trucks Issue. Waste spills from the city garbage trucks on the streets are not acceptable. Please COH we are trying to improve our neighborhood. This spill was from an over full garbage truck. This is unacceptable the truck drivers need to be aware of the levels of waste in their trucks and stop waste spills on the streets.
