    This intersection traffic lights seem to be a constant issue. COH needs to send professionals to fix traffic light timing and synchronize properly. This issue has been reported more than several times.

    COH please inspect the road surfaces on Lee St east side the RR tracks all the way to HWY 59. Due to detoured excessive heavy traffic the road surface has significantly deteriorated. The condition in a few locations is a safety hazard.
