Please fix it, it has been a problem for a while now.

City continues to fix sidewalks in other neighborhoods that are not necessary. Example Grand Ave, it seems that every couple of years they get brand new sidewalks. We all pay taxes in the city and this area in Fairmont Ave it's not just ugly but dangerous.

The issue has not been fix as of yet. Someone from the City came about a month and a half from today to take pictures of the area. I am hopeful that this issue will be taken care of. Also the streets are a mess. For years this street hasn’t been paved. City gave permission for 2 truck companies to have their trucks on property along Fairmont Ave when this area used to be a NO TRUCK AREA, they also should be held accountable for fixing the pavement. They go through the area with their overloaded trucks which damages pavement. Also the structures are shaken every time a truck goes by now on top of it we have to pay more taxes? It’s not a fair deal. Please someone needs to pay attention to this issues. Thank you

It is still a huge problem. I have lived on Fairmont since 12/2011 and the street has never been fixed. DPW only fixes the big pot holes, once in a while. However, it appears that people in Fair Haven pay more taxes than we do. Their streets have been completely done at least once per year. And also every time we look around their sidewalks are being redone as well. I have been reporting a damage sidewalk for years as well, since I moved here. I guess a change on administration will be the order of the day so that they can listen to their constituents.

The street really needs to be redone also all the sidewalks on fairmont need repair, we need signs that tell people no parking, my house always has cars parked on my driveway and I can’t get out, we need it done before they close down the grand ave bridge, we will be getting a lot of traffic down out street,
