Theft of electricity from school by food vendor on Fillmore and grand again.

They are plugged into an outlet on the side of the building.

They plugged it to a wall outlet of the Columbus school, by the side door.

Exactly, I reported it, they stopped for a week or 2 , besides they park in front of a sign that clearly states no parking on school days.
