There are folks hanging out in the fenced in area starting from early in the morning or maybe they're staying overnight. I don't know that it's a problem in terms of safety, but this is worth noting.

Thanks for reporting. The Parks Department is trying to better manage SCF issues and are closing old issues. This has been a frequent spot for homeless encampments and it seems every time they are cleaned out - they are back again soon. Right now construction has begun to repair damage through a FEMA grant, while an active site we do not expect this problem to reapear.
