Various mattresses have been left on the side of the road on River Street near Blatchley Ave. Very unsightly.

Cameras would be of great advantage. I have chased away would be dumpers and taken license plate numbers in the past. A little scary arguing with men who insist they weren't actually going to unload the trunkload of boxes as they were backing into the abandoned lot....
