the whole front sidewalk and the side on bishop street has to be replaced. was told that the city has no funds for this type of cement to be used...so they black graveled the side entrance to 625 Orange street and it is still dangerous to *bump* into when your walking and not paying attention to what your walking on. this, too, is an accident waiting to happen....reported many times.
