Earlier SeeClickFix posts have spoken to the high speeds & lack of a crosswalk. Another issue which may have an easy solution is the complete lack of visibility here. I think this may need a bump out or other method to ensure that vehicles stopping at the end of Nicoll can see & be seen. I witnessed two (2) near misses here in 15 minutes.

The entirety of Mitchell Drive continues to be an issue, despite it being in front of the city's largest high school.
