A bicyclist riding south on Pine Rock does not get a green light to proceed into the SCSU lot unless there is a car on the trigger. This leads to a dangerous situation in which the biker must wait in the left lane indefinitely until a car arrives.

This has been an ongoing problem at several locations in the city, but some of the problem spots have been fixed in other locations.
The city's 2003 bike plan says that intersections like these need to have bicycle detectors.
Can TTP look into this?
