Q. Please describe in detail the issue.
A. This poor dog has been left to roam the streets looking for food and a place to take shelter. He’s almost been hit several times and he was seen during the freezing weather roaming around. That is not fair to him. I’ve seen him enter a home at 8838 Tierra Park 77034. He will get Into the backyard through the fence. I’m not sure if that is their dog or just feeding it. He does have a collar but won’t let anyone get close to check it. This has been going on for almost 6 months.
