If you look hard enough, you can totally just make out the new bike rack installed in front of Indochine (just to the left of the car's front bumper in the photo).
They steal anything. These contracted criminals are to be stopped. Steal bikes and then offer you bike racks. Parks and P.W. literring to obtain overtime. Town needs an enema
The bike rack certainly doesn’t appear to have been stolen. Either the City replaced it or the anonymous commenter above wasn’t referring to this bike rack in particular (I think one on Farren Ave may have been stolen at some point).
Either way, a new bike rack was recently installed at Chapel and Park right outside Indochine. I would upload a photo of the rack, but for some reason the field and browse button aren’t showing up. (I think I just found bug, Ben. Score!).
