I received an interesting call from the city about this. They said it’s on private property. This is HOA owned so it’s not private property. Also in the Solid Waste website, it states that it can not block the sidewalk or fire hydrant, which it clearly is. 2nd, you are not allowed to place junk/tree debris early than the Friday before they pick up. Must have been a new guy.
