Description
The porch at 605 East Street has become a hangout for young adults to drink beer, smoke blunts, and be loud and disruptive. The police have been called numerous time but response time averages six hours. This is very disturbing to neighbors and may or may not be linked to the break-ins in the neighborhood lately.

I'm glad to hear the response time was good. I spoke with the police non-emergency and let them know that we absolutely need them to show-up when neighbors call about this property. They also showed on Saturday and moved them from the property.
They have all started wearing red baseball hats and black uniforms.
Where is our bike cop? I'm sick of the reactionary policing we have gotten on Upper State the last 3 years.
