Alder Sal DeCola (ward 18) wishes to inform you that the city tree at the corner of Kneeland Rd. and Raynham Rd., has been dead for months. He reports that residents say they have been calling in to the Parks Department for the past 4 weeks to have it removed. Neighboring homeowners are very concerned that this very large tree could take down power lines and do serious property damage if it came down in a storm.
