Description

Highway 24 near Children's Hospital. Shrubs need to be trimmed as they are growing onto freeway lanes and obstructing view of road conditions ahead (West bound) toward 880
In that area the shrub overgrowth is particularly bad and someone is going to get into an accident due to this condition.
