It’s been about a month since this has been submitted. What is an appropriate time frame for the City to take action? Will the owners receive a letter? I checked yesterday and the pool still has brownish water and is stagnant — perfect for mosquitoes to breed. Also backyard is not being maintained—high grass is evident and the owners keep 2-3 dogs exposed to this in the backyard. Police recently called due to constant dog barking while owners were away all day.
