Descripción
The owners of the rear apartment building at 315 Whitney allow cars to park directly in front of the only building entrance/exit. At times it is very difficult to get in and out of the building, especially when the lot is full. If there was ever an emergency it would be next to impossible for emergency access if the lot is full.
