Free Beach parking along Connecticut Ave already has been awful. Cars are parking along both sides and emergency vehicles will not be able to pass or turn along this area.
Garbage is left on street and beach, People are changing their clothes in the middle of neighborhood. no parking June through September signs used to be installed on Ct Ave. and up the side streets, what happened to them???
