We had two boxes stolen on W. Elm Tues 5/15 (during the storm)

5/22/18 we had a package stolen on Colonial Place at 4:58p.m. but UPS also does not ring the doorbell

I asked UPS and Fedex to please ring bell AND if we don't answer, to try to please leave packages in hidden location. But there are several drivers, so its hard to get to talk to each of them. Perhaps we all need to suggest they ring the bell at least, and if possible, leave the package with a neighbor or behind house, if we are not home. I think our neighborhood is being targeted for package deliveries!

We were home and the mail was not taken only the package in a very short time frame of a half an hour, so I believe someone was watching the truck. UPS tells you to file a complaint with the shipper even though they did not knock or ring the bell. Terrible service.

I’ve reported my issue to Amazon and they are “investigating” it. Funny thing is the order contained two Amazon cams, and I planed on setting up one to view our front porch.

UPS informed me today that their driver are supposed to ring the bell. I then received a call from the local warehouse that said they would pass on the information to the drivers. Still no info on missing packages.
