NW corner of the Pinnical and 108 Street intersection is all mud it has no pavement or cement sidewalk. The curb is broken. With the least amount of rain (2.5 mm) as of two days ago it was dry then becomes an instantaneous mud hole.
School children, mothers with toddlers and baby carriages are forced to walk in the mud.
Myself I walk on top of the curb which is broken, muddle and slippery.
I am a 62 year old male who uses this route twice daily from Late February till the end of October.
I can see myself slipping and falling when ever there is even small amount of moisture.
