Yesterday a significant branch came down from the tree across the street. You can see that the top of the tree is completely dead with many of its limbs having been sheared off in previous storms. It was barely windy yesterday so I am anticipating further debris in an actual storm.

Both trees (the one in the pic above as well as the one in the pic I am adding now) have been reported to See Click Fix many months ago. I'm frustrated by the lack of any response.

I am now asking the city for transparency: Where are these trees on the list? Is there a list? Has someone already looked at the trees and cataloged my concerns about them? When will they be attended to and pruned or removed by the city so they no longer pose a potential danger to people and property? How will I be contacted? What can I expect to happen? Should I submit these issues to the city in a different way? Is there a preferred method other than See Click Fix?

Please advise.
