Okay. It is 12:30 am and no signs of plows on Edward, bishop, Humphrey, Clark, pearl, state or orange streets. What is going on here?

I swear i could have ticketed and towed more cars tonight then the entire NHPD. It's past 2 am and I called them hours ago complaining about cars parked on the wrong side of the road. "Ok we'll send someone over..... 5 hrs later same cars still there." Thanks for the empty threats of actually enforcing the rules....

I did call the police... they said they;s send someone over... that was 5 hrs ago.
