I'm confused. The complaint belongs to neither of those locations unless you have duplicated an issue number. The posted tree is in front of 136 Leonard Rd.

Again, the tree was originally reported, inspected, and condemned for removal in 2011. There has been no action. Recently had an arborist come to examine trees in the backyard. He looked at the Town trees that are in question and said he thought they should be reported to the Town immediately because there are large, dead limbs that are going to fall onto the sidewalk. Public Works Dept would not take a phone report and insisted the matter be posted on See, Click, Fix. It has been reported repeatedly, the last time in Oct of 2017 when it was again acknowledged by the Town. Today, a large limb fell from one of the trees across the sidewalk. When will this safety hazard be addressed?

8 years and counting since the Town of Hamden condemned this tree. The tree remains with no action taken. Homeowner has been told to be patient with the process. Most would probably agree 8 years is being patient enough. Remove the tree.
