Related to Issues 2210036 and 2271020 and 2744256 and 2837810.
Every day many cars park in front of Davis Street School.
We need to either:
- remove the "No Parking" signs, or
- get the school to get the parents to park in the parking lot in back of the school, or
- give the illegal parkers warning citations and give repeat offenders tickets.
If the signs are there for reasons of safety, this is a major problem. If not, the existence of routinely ignored signs is a gateway to more serious problems.
In previous years, you have promised to ticket cars and then ignored the situation. Please do not close this issue by promising to ticket like in previous years. Try something else this year.
