I live on Edgewood near Sherman. I pick up garbage on Edgewood between Sherman and Beers about once a week. I usually have absolutely no problem filling up a 5 gallon bucket.

A big part of the problem is the garbage can in front of Saddaf's, the store at 275 Edgewood and the dumpster next to the Mandy Management building on the corner of Edgewood and Sherman. Both are often overflowing, and a lot of garbage ends up blowing down the block.

This is made worse by people who I see just dump garbage on the ground as they walk away from Saddaf's.

Is there any way to get littering laws enforced in front of that store?
