There's no traffic control at the intersection of Garden St & Field St. Heavy traffic on both directions goes from NW to NE on Field/Garden. At a minimum, traffic coming from the SE on Field St (which is one-way from that side) should have a stop sign at the intersection. It's also unclear whether someone coming from the NE on Garden St and continuing onto Alpine St should yield to someone coming from NW on Field St and continuing NE onto Garden St.
