This issue should never be closed until The City runs a street sweeper along the bike lane for the entire length of the Poole Road Bike Lane, from Raleigh Blvd to MLK, Jr. Blvd, a length of about 0.8 miles.
I commuted on my bike there this morning and dodged broken glass and picked up a one inch long sheet metal screw.
For some reason, this one particular section of Poole Road ALWAYS has broken glass and other sharp, pointy, non bike tire friendly objects in it. So just schedule a street sweeper once or twice a week. You probably can't stop the glass, but you can manage it.
