Related to Issues 2210036 and 2271020 and 2744256.
This subject has resulted in 3 closed/archived issues with no correction of the situation.

Today at 1:45 PM, 8 cars were parked in front of Davis Street School.
We need to either:
- remove the "No Parking" signs, or
- get the school to get the parents to park in the parking lot in back of the school, or
- give the illegal parkers warning citations and give repeat offenders tickets.
If the signs are there for reasons of safety, this is a major problem. If not, the existence of routinely ignored signs is a gateway to more serious problems.
