This poor neglected school. Still no response or action about the drainage. Now the grass is out of control and weeds 2-3 feet tall in places.

School, parking lot,traffic flow and flooding were discussed at a neighborhood meeting in August. Ideas for the area were displayed. Link to the article from New Haven Independent follows:
