My father took such care of that house especially the outside, painting, roof and the yard also.

Please take care of this immediately. It has been allowed to continue this way. I believe evrn changes to house were done without permits( making front porch into bedroom). I would venture to say nothing on upkeep has brrn done tp that house in the last 12-14 years.

Cars parked all over backyard not in driveway. While you are at it check 352 Blake also. FOUR broken down vehicles in driveway, one the truck has never moved.
On 346 all you have to do is walk around outside of housr. Missing shinglrs, plywood painted btoem snd slappef up, boarfd covering windows and what eas originally porch converted to room, I would bet illegally for way it looks.
I dont think anything has ever been looked into.
I would like the courtesy of a response from LCI when this is looked into.

LCI will view the property often to see if any upkeep takes place and will be prepared to follow procedure should the house continue to be a problem.

What does " monitor" mean ? Was anything done with the mention of 352 Blake Street

Cindy both houses were looked at today. We are following procedure and addressing concerns. LCI is in the area and checking on concerning properties at least 3 time per week and will continue to do so moving forward.

YOU HAVE BEEN MONITORING 346 AND 352 BLAKE SINCE 2016. THE SAME CARS AND BROKEN DOWN TRUCK ARE AT 352 AND CARS ALL O ER BACKYARD AT 346.

I am at 346 Blake Street right now, there is one car in the back. As previously stated, LCI has been monitoring this property for compliance and we will continue to do so.

What about the truck at 352 that hasnt moved in o er 2 years. Normally there are at least 4 to 5 cars in back of 346 as well as the hood to the truck.

I just drove by this house and it is a disgrace, in my opinion. I'm surely hoping LCI is doing more than monitoring it.

I will say about 346 that they have replaced and painted most of the boards on the outside of the house. The porch which was converted into a room is a mess with just plywood painted brown.

Another 6 weeks has gone by since Cindy's last post but nothing seems to have changed in the outside appearance of this house.

Please continue to monitor both 346 and 352 Blake Street. The outside of 346 has replaced the shingles with boards and has painted the exterior of the house which has certainly improved the appearance.
However the attached porch which is no longer a porch is still a complete mess just plywood painted brown with a few rows of exposed unpainted board.
I dont know what times you have driven by the house but there are usually 5-6 cars in the back on grass at end of driveway into yard.
As for 352 Blake the big bread type silver grey truck has not moved because it is broken down since the people moved in. At one time or another there have also been 1 - 2 broken down cars in driveway or pn grass. Both houses need to be taken care of

I'm glad you've not forgotten this issue. However, it's been almost 2 years since it was first reported yet it hasn't been taken care of. I think monitoring and communicating is not working very well.

LCI issued an Order to the property owner. This property is better managed now.
