Illegal dumping on Springside is so normal, why isn't clean up too? Why wait for it to be reported? Why not just drive by once a week and pick it up along with the usual trash collection? It's one of the more beautiful streets in New Haven, chronically dealing with potholes and litter. Why not be proactive about it's care?
