Then there are the obsolete signs which the CITY ignores, e.g. the twice-a-month street sweeping schedule.
How about getting rid of ALL signs as obsolete eyesores? Everyone would have to slow down to figure out what to do next
—which would control traffic speed more effectively than ANY sign ever will.
