We continue to struggle to repair this traffic signal While the walk light no longer triggers for invisible people, the light remains stubbornly in a timed cycle rather than one that senses the flow of traffic, including load from the side street (Alden) What can we do to help resolve this easily remedied issue without further requests?

How much longer do you think we have to wait for this intersection to be fixed? I’ve had some nice conversations in the morning and the evening trying to explain to motorists that this is the city’s master plan. Then they shake their head in amazement.

The intersections on this project are still under construction. Engineering is working to completion. If this is still an issue, please re-enter into SeeClickFix and it will be addressed.

There is no project going on at the intersection of Alden and Edgewood Avenue. I’ll meet you there to show you the traffic signal is malfunctioning and can be easily repaired by opening the control box and reprogramming it. Let’s get this done

That will not be very effective, unfortunately. So we just work with something that malfunctions, which is consistent with most of the traffic signals in the city. The bar is very very low, almost chip over it.
