Thanks for reporting. The city nor its contractors removed the tree so at this time its can be considered illegal dumping. For pickup yard waste must be in bags for leafy material and sticks should be bound in twine and no more than 4ft in length and no more than 6 inches around. Otherwise, yard waste can be dropped off at the transfer station.
