Opis
Water is pooling on sidewalk cascading off curb through grass on the corner of Swampscott St and Nonquit St. The sidewalk needs a cut out ands drain so will not pool on sidewalk and turn to ice in cold weather. Children can't walk on sidewalk in cold weather because it's a sheet of ice and has to walk in street then cross over.
