If this is set out for trash, then at least it will be picked up soon. What I find much worse is the illegal dumping occurring underneath the train trestle at 11th & Callowhill Sts. Now that's what I consider chronic!

To think there are some who want to create this Reading viaduct. My question to them: Have you taken a look at what's underneath the trestles? It's unfortunate that we have to experience such neglect and garbage consistently. I wish they'd remove all of these eyesore train trestles, like when they removed the one over Vine St.
