There will be an accident here! I assume that this is a police issue...is this site the best way to bring it to their attention? I repeat, someone is going to get hurt at this intersection.

I've emailed the head of Traffic and Parking twice to see if he would send some of his crew to talk to H&R Block and ticket those illegal parkers. I also asked him if I should contact NHPD or someone else. He hasn't replied, so I don't know what that means.
