Signal crew responded and verified issue. Repairs completed and street lamp back in normal operation.

Thanks for looking into this so quickly. It's hard for me to say how much of a difference the repairs made, unfortunately. Maybe it's slightly better, but the light still shines into our windows and still seems very bright. Is there any additional glare shield that could be installed?
