Description
I see people utilizing the patio and garden space, an area that more than doubles the interior space. Was this accounted for in the parking calculations by PWE and PD? I think the business misrepresented the garden as off limits to grow vegetables., but really it has paths and seating so it is a lounge area for people to enjoy drinks from the bar as they wait for tables. Heights residents were talking about it this week in a meeting and I just want to know for sure. If the garden area did not figure into the calculation, it probably should and the parking numbers need to be revised accordingly.
